    An exciting workout to add to your weekly routine. This class combines dynamic ballet-inspired movements for non-dancers, and strengthening exercises using light hand weights. It is a low impact form of exercise, so it is gentle on your joints and suitable for all levels of fitness. A floor mat is not needed for this class.     Outdoor Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn. Come for an hour of fun and relaxation at Rockwood Park and learn the art of Flow Yoga. The program is offered every Tuesday at 9 am.
