New Castle County Police Issues “Gold Alert” Police Seek Missing Person

New Castle County Police are presently searching for Walter “Vincent” Maier, a 42 year old male who resides in the 2100 block of Grafton Drive, (Creeks at Marshallton Apartments) Wilmington, Delaware 19808.

(Wilmington – 19808) Maier was reported missing and police learned that he was last seen leaving his residence Monday (07/07), at approximately 5:45 p.m., and he has not been seen or heard from since. Maier does not own, and is not known to drive a vehicle.

Assisting officers checked the community and the surrounding areas, but they were unsuccessful in their efforts in locating the subject. His medical status is such that there is a real concern for his safety and welfare. Walter “Vincent” Maier is described as being a white male, 6’ tall, 160 lbs, with dark hair, and blue eyes. Maier was last seen wearing a neon green/yellow tee shirt, and Khaki pants.
