The New Castle County Division of Police will host a Mounted Patrol unit graduation ceremony at Carousel Park Friday afternoon.
Among those in attendance will be New Castle County Executive, Thomas P. Gordon,
Chief Administrative Officer David Grimaldi, Public Safety, Joseph Bryant, Jr., and Police Chief Colonel E.M. Setting.
The media and public are welcome to attend. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
