Applicant Buccini Pollin Group, on behalf of legal owner Kent Manor, Inc., requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Department of Land Use and the Board of Adjustment for a Resource Protection Standards variance from Section 40.10.110, Table 40.10.010 of the Unified Development Code to disturb 0.32 acre of the Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) on site (100% Resource Protection level for RBA) in order to construct 7,889 total square feet of commercial buildings along with associated site improvements. Applicant proposes a stormwater management facility, debris removal, lantern fly trapping, and other invasive species control to reduce impacts to the RBA.
