Applications for the Waiting List Lottery are no longer being accepted.
Applicants who entered the Waiting List Lottery from December 3-7 will be contacted by email in January to be informed whether they have been selected. The five hundred people selected for the Waiting List will also receive postal mail. ALL applicants may log back into the Application Portal (RentCafe) on or after January 2 to check the status of their submission using the log-in and password used to sign up.
If you need to update your submitted contact information only, please contact Erin Coleman at 302-395-5697, or email email@example.com. The ONLY changes that will be accepted are mailing address changes.
Applicants should Not call our office with other requests or inquiries at this time.
