You MUST submit your completed registration form (including Coggins Accession # and proof of Flu/Rhino) and payment in full by the stated deadline to be registered in the show.
The morning schooling session will be held from 7:30 - 8:45 AM and is open ONLY to riders in the morning classes. Sessions will be available in 10-minute increments and limited to no more than 5 riders at a time.
Schooling for afternoon classes will be available after the Horse & Rider Combo Division ONLY.
Additional schooling jumps will be available in the indoor arena (if not in use for the show).
A rider’s age is the age as of January 1, 2021.
The show starts promptly at 9 AM.
Classes may be divided, combined, canceled, or re-ordered if conditions warrant.
Western riders may enter English classes.
When mounted, all riders must wear ASTM/SEI certified helmets with harnesses and boots with a ½” heel. Dress code is show attire or polo and breeches. Half chaps are acceptable.
Fence heights are approximate.
Points are awarded 6-5-4-3-2-1, each class will be awarded 6 ribbons. A division Champion and Reserve Champion will be awarded.
Judges’ decisions are final.
All dogs must be leashed (although we would prefer that they stay home).
New Castle County, Carousel Park, and show management are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, animals, vehicles, or property of any exhibitor or spectator on or off the show grounds.
COVID Safety Protocols
Masks are required for those indoors who are not fully vaccinated and unable to social distance.
We recommend that spectators bring their own chairs
