    Yoga In The Park Become familiar with basic yoga postures and breath work. Increase your flexibility, endurance, strength, balance and coordination. Use your mind to focus specifically on a target area to feel each movement and position. For adults. Meet at the Bank Barn/Frazer House at Glasgow Park. 5:30 to 6:30 pm and join the team from Bear/Glasgow YMCA.

    History Quiztory Battles, bad-guys, heroes and innovators. Our local history is down-right thrilling! Join the many fans of these fun expert-led presentations to learn about the area’s super-interesting past and see related artifacts and objects. Each session concludes with a fun mini-quiz and prizes. Registration required. Ages 12-Adults. FREE. Oct. 17th "Voices of the Past" James H. Elbert comes alive in a living-history performance. Willis Phelps portrays Pvt. James H. Elbert, C Company, 8th United States Colored Troops from the Civil War. Ask questions and talk with Elbert, one of Delaware’s freedom fighters. Elbert's grave, along with other Civil War veterans, is in the African Union Cemetery in Delaware City. Presentation by Laura Lee & Willis Phelps from the Friends of the African Union Church Cemetery.

    Fix It Café Bring your broken lamp, vacuum, waffle iron, or any one item that you can carry and work beside a volunteer experienced in repairs to fix it! Partnership with Lowe’s of Bear. Adults, Youth 10-17 with an Adult. There are certain items that we cannot accept at the Fix It Cafe. This includes gas-powered tools (eg lawn mowers) and complex electronic devices (eg laptops). Tell us what you are bringing to the Fix It Cafe so we can be sure we can help you repair it! Volunteers needed: The Fix-It Cafe relies on its volunteers to help residents fix their broken items.     Story Time In The Bank Barn 45-minute sessions, FREE. Every fourth Saturday 12.30-1.15 p.m. A fun story time followed by a short activity. Bring a snack. Ages 2+ with an adult. Meet at the Bank Barn at Glasgow Park.
